우한 코로나 라는 특수성으로 인해 못가게 된 것이므로 트립닷컴에 이야기하였더니

호텔측과 이야기 해보고 알려주겠다.

Dear Sir.

I have previously made a reservation for your hotel on January 5 2020, the number of which is ########. I was charged a deposit of $300 on this booking and really excited by the anticipation of the trip. However, sadly, unforeseen circumstances that no one expected have developed and then at last the restriction that all Korean passengers arriving in Taiwan must undergo 14 days of home quarantine has announced.

I have no choice but to cancel my reservation and I know that as per the cancellation policy of your hotel, the deposit would not be refunded. But this happening is beyond my control and against my will. Please tell me if there is any cancellation process for full refund. After the epidemic disease is subjugated, I will surly travel to Taiwan and when it comes to choosing a hotel I would not forget the hotel which has moved the hearts of customers by the favorable decision.

Please help me to grab an opportunity to pay the deposit back later to your hotel.
